I often set out on my hikes in the Lake District with the belief that the day will always deliver something. Every now and then however there s a apprehension. This was one of those occasions. A morning that started with a relatively quick hike to Souther Fell before heading up to Bowscale Fell and enjoying the majestic shapes of Blencathra. The morning conditions were uninspiring but then the light came and the day was complete with some images I was pleased with. A couple of the days images are now included in my portfolio.
